True Love Story…RELOADED.

Image

I had prepared a prophetic message titled “when LEPERS became HELPERS”…As the pastor chauffeured me to the church in MarianHill, I could still feel the vibrations in my spirit at the resonance of each rhema which is generously loaded in the message…

Stepping into the auditorium, it dawned on me that I was the only black man in that room…then I realised what Christ had done for humanity-breaking racial boundaries and bringing all human race into One Big Family…then I was lost in worship only to be interrupted by my invitation to the pulpit…

I continued the worship on the pulpit and trust me, Indians ain’t only physically beautiful, they got beautiful voices too…What a beautiful race!

…Then the still voice that changed my already prepared message…”Tell them the true Love Story”…the voice said…”But Lord, this church is mostly people of Indian origin…Nobody knows love like they do”…I retorted…”Tell them the true love story”…at this point I gave in…

I interrupted the worship and announced that I have come to tell the true love story…in about 20 minutes, 90% of the church were in tears including the senior Pastor who is my covenant brother…

I had only read from 1st Samuel 18: 3-4:

“Then Jonathan and David made a covenant, because he loved him as his own soul. And Jonathan took off the robe that was on him and gave it to David, with his armor, even to his sword and his bow and his belt.”

And laid emphasis on the Four tests of Love:

1) Ability to forego your ROBE…

2)Ability to give up your ARMOUR…

3)Courage to submit your SWORD

4)Boldness to lay down your BELT/GIRDLE…

mentioning that…

*Dropping your ROBE is stripping yourself of your royalty thus denying yourself of your rightful position and constitutional rights for the sake of LOVE.

*Giving up your ARMOUR is discarding your defense system…you can’t be in love and still have high walls of defense.

*Then when you submit your SWORD, you perfect the rituals of the covenant of love…You tell the one you love: “I am disarmed so I can no longer hurt you”…”True love story will never end in hurts…because the sword is gone”.

The BELT/GIRDLE represents strength…you become their strength when they are weak…This means that true love will never take advantage of the weak rather it will let go of its strength to strengthen the weak…

Jonathan did it for David…Jesus Did it for the whole world…Who are you showing agape love? Who is alive and strong just because you cared?

We had a revival of agape love in church after the sermon. People hugged each other with a re-commitment to love like Jonathan loved David. Hope this excerpts inspire you to live in love!

Hakuna Matata!

Let the Love Revolution begin…

Left to Die

By age 34, Nasir Siddiki, a successful business man, had made his first million, but money meant nothing to him on his deathbed.

Diagnosed with the worst case of shingles ever admitted to Toronto General Hospital , his immune system shut down and doctors left him to die.

The next morning I woke in a sterile room on the eighth floor of the hospital, my skin burning as though someone had doused me in gasoline and lit a match. I felt on fire from the inside out.

My doctor arrived and looked at me in wonder. “The blisters are multiplying so fast I can literally watch them grow,” he said. ‘”Your body isn’t fighting back.”

The next morning, in addition to shingles, I had chicken pox from head to toe. I was put in strict isolation. That evening my temperature soared to 107.6 degrees — hot enough to leave my brain permanently scrambled.

For days I continued to deteriorate. My nerve endings became so inflamed that a hair drifting across my skin sent shock waves of fire rippling through my body. By week’s end, I was listed in critical condition.

My Last Hope

In life, I’d been bold, self confident, a risk taker. But facing death, I was terrified. I had no idea what might await me on the other side. I’d been raised as a Muslem in London , England , and I understood Allah was not a god who heals.

My only hope was in medicine.

I eventually slipped so close to death that the doctors didn’t know I could hear them when they examined me. “His immune system has simply shut down,” one of them said.

“He’s dying,” the other confirmed. “His immune system must be compromised by AIDS.”

I don’t have AIDS! I wanted to shout, but I couldn’t form the words. Then it hit me. He said I’m dying!

The doctors spoke quietly to my co-worker, Anita. “In a few hours he’ll be dead,” they said. “If by some miracle he lives, he’ll probably be blind in his right eye, deaf in his right ear, paralyzed on his right side and he may be severely brain damaged from the high fever.”

Then they left.

They left me here to die! I felt like a drowning man going down for the third time. Gathering my strength I whispered a prayer. “God, if you’re real, don’t let me die!”

In His Presence

During the darkest hour of the night, I woke and saw a man at the foot of my bed. Rays of light emanated from him, allowing me to see his outline. I couldn’t see his face, it was too bright. No one had to tell me, I knew it was Jesus.

The Koran mentions Jesus; Moslems believe He existed, not as the son of God, but as a good man and a prophet. I knew this wasn’t Mohammed. I knew it wasn’t Allah. Jesus was in my room. There was no fear, only peace.

“Why would You come to a Moslem when everyone else has left me to die?” I wondered.

Without words, he spoke to me. “I Am the God of the Christians. I Am the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.”

That’s all He said. He didn’t mention my illness. He didn’t mention my impending death. As suddenly as He appeared, He was gone.

The next morning, the same two doctors arrived to examine me. “The blisters have stopped growing!”

“We don’t know what happened, but the shingles virus has gone into remission!”

The following day, still in pain and covered with blisters, I was discharged from the hospital with a suitcase full of drugs. “Don’t leave home,” the doctor cautioned.

“It will be months before the blisters go away, and when they do you’ll be left with white patches of skin and scars. The pain could last for years.”

Stepping outside into the morning sun, I looked like a cross between a leper and the Elephant Man. When people saw me, they crossed to the other side of the street. However, my mind was not on my looks; my thoughts were on Jesus. There was no doubt in my mind that Jesus’ presence in my room had stopped the shingles virus. Whatever else Jesus may be, I realized that in His presence miracles happened.

That fact left me with one consuming question: Is Jesus the Son of God as the Christians claim, or is He just a prophet as I was taught?

At home that evening, in spite of the drugs, the pain and itching was so severe I almost had to tie my hands. Even so, I fell into a restless sleep wondering about Jesus.

Learning to Live

The next morning, I woke early and turned on the television. Flipping through the channels, I froze when I saw the following words across the screen: Is Jesus the Son of God?

I listened intently as two men spent the entire program discussing this topic — answering all of my questions. Before the show went off the air, one of the men led the television audience in a prayer. My body was aflame with pain but I knelt on my living room floor anyway. Tears streaming down my face, I repeated the prayer and invited Jesus into my heart.

Immediately a voracious spiritual hunger sprang up within me. I had to know more about Jesus. In spite of my doctor’s orders to stay inside, the next day I went out and bought a Bible. First I read the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Still ravenous, I started in Genesis and read through the Bible during my sleepless nights.

Meanwhile, Anita brought me books and teaching tapes explaining the Gospel. I devoured them while continuing to study the Word of God. As my understanding of faith began to grow, I dug out a picture of how I looked before shingles. I prayed and asked God to make me look that way again.

Nasir and Anita Siddiki

Jesus, My Healer

One week after my discharge from the hospital, I woke and found my pillow covered in blisters. I must have clawed them in my sleep, I thought. I crawled out of bed and stepped into the shower.

What had started on my pillow was finished in the shower: Every blister fell off my body!

Instead of being covered with patches of white and scar tissue, my skin was simply red and raw. It slowly healed, returning to its pre-shingles condition. When it did, I not only looked human, I looked like I did before I got sick, except for the scars that I still carry on my chest.

None of the doctor’s dire predictions came true. My eyesight was 20/20. My hearing was normal. My speech was unimpaired. I suffered no brain damage.

My healing was miraculous, swift and complete. I never suffered from lingering pain or any other complication. Not only did I have the worst case of shingles ever admitted to Toronto General Hospital , I also had the most miraculous recovery.

Jesus, the God of the Christians, showed up in the hospital room of a dying Moslem and healed me. But that wasn’t the greatest miracle He performed. The transformation that occurred in my heart was even more dramatic than the one that occurred in my body.

OMG…Every Single Man should Read this…Women don’t read only if you wanna be a virtuos woman!

10 WAYS TO SPOT A WRONG LADY FOR MARRIAGE
(The complete series)

1) Be mindful of a lady who does not have a relationship with God, who does not have any desire to build one; she should be avoided, unless you too do not have a relationship with Him. A woman who loves and respects the Lord will love and respect you in obedience to the Lord! She will support you spiritually through prayers and will encourage you with the word when you are down and out. She will be there to teach your children the way of the Lord. She is a home builder and not a home breaker!

2) Never get married to a woman who finds it difficult to respect her father, elder brother or anyone that represents a male-figure; she will really find it tough submitting to you. Do not forget; men perceive respect as a proof of love and it is in their nature to value and love someone that respects them. A good woman is submissive to her husband not necessarily because he deserves it but because it is her nature to do so and because God commands it.

3) Watch for a woman who is teachable, flexible and humble. An arrogant, stubborn and rigid woman is predisposed to building a bad marriage; go for her if you want a woman who will give you trouble at home. The willingness to learn is an important factor that can make any woman become better with time no matter how crude, immature or incompatible she is with you. Flexible people adapt to change and change is consistent in any marital relationship.
4) Be weary of a lady who has perfected the art of deception. She can pretend to be an angel, to love you at all cost and do everything possible to entice you and when you are married, she will reveal her true nature. When a woman is nice to a fault, everything you do or say is right, she never gets angry no matter how you treat her or what happens, I bet you, she isn’t real or genuine. Some ladies behave this way because they are desperate to be married, because of poor self image or for what they will gain from the relationship e.g Money. You need to marry a woman who is so genuine that you will love her for who she is, loving her in her best and worse state. However, pretence will never lead to a lasting marital commitment rather it will result to a dysfunctional relationship.
5) Never marry a woman who loves you for your money, family background, and social status. The reason is simple;(God Forbids) when your money is gone and all your wealth is gone, she will either abandon you or she will give you a hell of trouble by nagging you to death. Money has wings and can fly away and fly back but true love endures forever.
Secondly, marriage is about the two of you alone and you will make it happen based on your character and behavior. It is not about your extended family name and your social status.
6) Any woman who is very lazy and wants a man to provide EVERYthing for her is not worth being married to. A woman, who is always asking for money, for clothes, for call card, always demanding money and material things from you no matter how much you give, should be avoided. A woman should be self-reliant; industrious and financially independent to an extent. There is nothing wrong with requesting financial assistance and gifts from someone you love and want to be married to, however when such an act becomes a burden, a demand, a consistent pattern, it is no longer an expression of love but a mere act done to fulfil an obligation. I have observed that most women who genuinely love their men think of how to support them and not to rip them off. They are always looking for ways to support you and build you up and not to grab from you.

7) Never get married to a woman who hardly tells the truth, who has a tendency to steal out of greed or any other reason; she may steal from you or from others one day and cause you a lifetime embarrassment. It will be difficult to vouch for or trust a liar. I heard a story of a wedding that was called off in Nigeria because, at night before the wedding, the lady who was about to wed stole some jewelry which was bought by her fiancé’s mother for her daughter. When they started searching for the expensive jewelries, no one agreed to have found them; the lady also denied setting her eyes on them; but in the course of the search, it was found in her sister’s box. After much interrogation, the sister confessed that she was the one who asked her to hide them. That was how a wedding involving a young man based in the US with his family and this beautiful but dishonest lady was annulled. Anyone who has the propensity to tell lies without remorse also has the tendency to steal. May God open your eyes to see clearly!
Be wary of a woman who has unrealistic expectations from you as she expects you to make up for the emotional emptiness of her childhood created by an absent or unloving father. A husband cannot parent his wife, it is the role of her father; he can only parent his own children. Only God can be a father to the fatherless or a mother to the motherless.
Marry a woman who is whole and mature who does not need to depend on any man for her sense of fulfillment in life but on God.

9) Never get married to a lady who cannot delay gratification. She always wants to buy more clothes, some more jewelries, some more shoes, a shopping freak who hardly saves money. Unless you are as rich as Bill Gate or Warren Buffet, it might be burdensome coping with her. Furthermore, avoid getting married to a lady who cannot control her sexual desire and does not place any value on her body. A virtuous woman will not want you to go all the way before marriage because she knows how to control her emotions and she exercises restraint on spending.

10) Avoid any lady who does not love your friends and family members; she does not allow you to keep in touch with friends and relatives except hers. A good lady has a large heart and would be willing to accommodate others. Marriage does not mean isolation from family but rather an integration of a nuclear family into an extended family.
There are many other factors that can help you spot a wrong lady but above all, find a woman who loves God more than you or anyone else. Her love for God will bring out the best in her and enable her love you unreservedly because she knows that being the best for you pleases God.
When looking for a wife, focus on finding a woman who has the traits of a virtuous woman as listed below. However, remember that it is important to become a MR RIGHT before you go looking for a MRS RIGHT. Perfection is not a human attribute.

What the bible says about the qualities of a Great Wife.

A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies.
Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life.
She selects wool and flax and works with eager hands. She is like the merchant ships, bringing her food from afar.
She gets up while it is still night; she provides food for her family
and portions for her female servants.
She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard. She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks. She sees that her trading is profitable, and her lamp does not go out at night. In her hand she holds the staff and grasps the spindle with her fingers.
She opens her arms to the poor and extends her hands to the needy.
When it snows, she has no fear for her household; for all of them are clothed in scarlet. She makes coverings for her bed; she is clothed in fine linen and purple.
Her husband is respected at the city gate, where he takes his seat among the elders of the land. She makes linen garments and sells them,
and supplies the merchants with sashes.
She is clothed with strength and dignity she can laugh at the days to come.
She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.

She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: “Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.”

Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate. PROVERBS 31:10-31
May God grant you the grace to discover the right mate!

BREAKING NEWS: President of Cameroon, Mr. Paul Shuts down Pentecostal Churches in Cameroon

Yaounde, Cameroon (CNN) – Cameroon’s President Paul Biya has ordered the closure of nearly 100 Christian churches in key cities, citing criminal practices organized by Pentecostal pastors that threaten the security of the West African nation.

But Pentecostal pastors said the move is evidence of Biya’s insecurity about the churches’ criticism of the government.

Biya is using the military to permanently shut down all Pentecostal church denominations in the nation’s capital, Yaounde, and the North West Regional capital, Bamenda, which have the largest Christian populations in Cameroon.

More than 50 churches have now been closed, with the government targeting nearly 100 in eight other regions.

“We will get rid of all the so-called Christian Pentecostal pastors who misuse the name of Jesus Christ to fake miracles and kill citizens in their churches. They have outstretched their liberty,” Mbu Anthony Lang, a government official in Bamenda, told CNN Wednesday.

Nearly 500 Pentecostal churches operate in Cameroon, but fewer than 50 are legal, he added.

On Sunday, a 9-year-old Christian girl collapsed and died during a prayer session in Winners’ Chapel, a Pentecostal church in Bamenda. The girl’s mother, Mih Theresa, told CNN Wednesday that the pastor intended to cast out the numerous demons that were in control of her daughter’s life.

“I want the government to stop these pastors who use mysterious powers to pull Christians and kill then for more powers. All my children have ran away from the Catholic Church in search for miracles, signs and wonders,” she told CNN while holding back tears.

Another Christian, Mveng Thomas, said his marriage ended abruptly when a Pentecostal pastor ordered his wife to dissolve their union. He said the pastor described him as “an unrepentant devil.”

Pastors marched against the government’s decision Wednesday in Bamenda and Douala. Pastors said the Biya government sees the mass proliferation of churches as a threat.

Egypt in Prophecy

#Egypt in Prophecy…

Read this and shudder:

“Behold, therefore, I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utterly waste and desolate, from the tower of Syene even unto the border of Ethiopia.  No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited 40 years.  And I will make the land of Egypt desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities that are laid waste shall be desolate forty years; and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse, them through the countries.” Ezekiel 29:10-12.

Oh my God…#Egypt could be up for #Desolation if We don’t #PRAYFOREGYPT…

The only antidote to this prophetic program of desolation is hidden in 2nd Chronicles 7:14 ” If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

…Let the church #PRAYFOREGYPT.
